Asoyia Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- 2 each egg yolks
- 1/2 oz. wine vinegar
- 1/2 oz. water
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 pint oil ASOYIA oil
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste lemon juice
Directions:
Wisk together all ingredients. Store refrigerated.
